Cloudsounds Rec brazenly presents their fourth transmission, the debut EP from Laggards.
Conjuring up four original works, with a remix provided by stalwart west-coast badman Rhythmicon, we find this duo comfortably in R&B-infused footwork territory.
It's all percussion, vibe-y bass, astral synths, chopped vox, turnt-up tempos and FEELS for these guys. An EP that you can have some fun with but that looks firmly forward as the dance music continuum spirals on and on.
